This is a logo created for a fictional restaurant. Because I imagined it as a trendy, new age restaurant I felt that Awaken could be left intentionally vague as if it was exclusively for people in the know. I was inspired by the simple black and white album art for AM by Arctic Monkeys and created this logo free hand by combining and resizing triangles.
I created this piece by adding swashes and tails to give the feel of curling smoke and dripping liquid.
